FAQ For Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitors,
Thank you for your interest in the India COAT Expo 2023 organised by ACEXM7. We have received a number of frequently asked questions regarding the event, and we would like to address them to ensure clarity and ease of participation for all exhibitors.


  • What are the exhibition dates and timings?
    The COAT Expo will be held from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Hall number 8,9,10, Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
  • When can exhibitors set up their booths?
    In case of Shell booth, A day early access would be given to Exhibitors to install, In case of Raw booth 2 day early access would be given for installation.
  • How can I book a booth for my company?
    To book a booth, please visit our website www.acem7.com, www.coatindia.in and fill out the online application form. Our team will review your application and get in touch with you to confirm the booking and provide further details.
  • What amenities are included with the booth?
    An exhibitor's manual containing a full set of forms for your requirement of additional services will be sent to you on receipt of the booking form. Please fill up the forms clearly and fax / courier the same to us before the specified deadline. Your early action will help us meet your requirements.
    NOTE: Kindly place your orders minimum 4-6 weeks before the show. On-site orders will bear a 30% surcharge.
  • What are the rules on booth display and construction?
    The COAT Expo has specific guidelines regarding booth display and construction. It is important to adhere to these regulations for the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of the event. Please consult the exhibitor manual for complete details and dimensions to ensure your booth complies with the set standards.
  • Are there any restrictions on promotional activities outside of the assigned booth area?
    While we encourage exhibitors to promote their products and services actively, all promotional activities must be conducted within the boundaries of their assigned booth area. Any activities outside of the designated space may disrupt the flow of the exhibition and disturb other exhibitors. Violation of this rule may result in penalties or the removal of promotional materials.
  • How can I arrange for shipping and storage of exhibition materials?
    For information on shipping and storage options, including dates, addresses, and additional charges, please refer to the exhibitor manual or contact the COAT Expo logistics team at sales@acem7.com.
  • Can we bring in our own caterer for the event?
    Outside catering is not allowed at the COAT Expo. However, food and beverage outlets will be available within the exhibition premises. Please refrain from distributing or displaying food and beverages at your booth without prior approval from the event organisers.
